BioTransducer® questions

My device will not turn on.
  1. Check the charging connections. Use the cable and adapter supplied or confirmed for your device. Check the connections at the device, adapter, and wall outlet.
  2. Allow the charging time for your version. Standard charging takes 12+ hours from empty. Updated charging hardware takes approximately 3–4 hours. Follow your version’s indicator instructions to confirm completion.
  3. Repeat the illustrated power check. If the device still will not turn on, contact Owner Support with the checks you have tried.
The charging light is still red.

For the standard charging version: red indicates charging and green indicates a full charge. Charging from empty typically takes 12+ hours. If the light is still red after an overnight charge, the standard-version guide advises allowing additional time.

For updated charging hardware: follow the indicator instructions supplied with that version. If charging does not complete as expected, contact our team.

Which charging instructions apply to my device?

Both standard and updated charging versions can have USB-C ports. The confirmed charging hardware determines whether the expected time is 12+ hours or approximately 3–4 hours from empty.

Review the charging-port comparison and your supplied instructions. If you are unsure, send our team a clear photo of the port, cable, and adapter, plus the device’s model information if available.

BioModulator® questions

My device will not turn on or gives a battery alert.
  1. Check all four batteries. Use four matching new 1.5 V AAA alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
  2. Check the orientation. Match each battery’s + and − ends to the markings inside the compartment, then replace the cover.
  3. Switch the device on. Slide the physical power switch on the left side up to ON and allow startup to finish.

If the problem continues, tell our team about any beeps or screen message. These observations alone do not identify the cause.

I cannot open the LOAD screen.
  1. Wait for startup. Allow the circle T logo to disappear.
  2. Open LOAD. Hold the Down Arrow button on the right side of the controls for approximately 2 seconds.
  3. Select TENNANT. Use the upper + button to scroll the programs. TENNANT is the first, universal mode.
  4. Release and let it load. The selected program loads automatically. Let loading finish before slowly increasing energy.

If your controls differ or LOAD still does not appear, contact Owner Support.

My screen is dark or the controls are not responding.

A dark screen alone does not confirm a fault or that the unit is off. With AutoOff enabled, the device can enter standby while the physical switch remains ON. When you finish using the device, move the physical switch to OFF.

If the controls are not responding normally: move the physical switch to OFF, wait 5–10 seconds, then switch it on again and allow startup to finish. If the problem persists, contact Owner Support.

How do I change the language back to English?

Use the language guide to change your BioModulator’s display back to English.

How do I adjust the volume?

Use the volume guide for instructions on adjusting your BioModulator’s sound level.

My accessory is not responding as expected.

Check the connection between the accessory’s plug and the device jack. Follow the setup instructions for that accessory, and use only manufacturer-recommended electrodes, leads, and accessories.

If the issue continues, contact our team with the accessory name and a description or photo of the connection. If equipment appears damaged, stop using it and contact support. Do not attempt internal repairs.
