How should I pack batteries and a power bank?
AAA alkaline spares: The FAA permits these in carry-on or checked baggage when protected from damage and short circuit. Keep them in their original packaging or a protective battery case.
Spare lithium batteries and power banks: Keep them in carry-on baggage with terminals protected. Remove them if your bag is gate-checked. Confirm the battery rating and your airline’s limits before traveling.
Can I take or use my device on a flight?
Ask your airline about your exact device model, battery rating, baggage placement, and any intended use or charging during the flight. Confirm screening arrangements with the relevant airport security authority.
Lithium-powered devices must meet applicable battery limits. If checked, they must be completely switched off and protected against damage or accidental activation. Contact Owner Support if you need help identifying your device’s specifications.
Can I charge my BioTransducer® abroad?
Check the input voltage and frequency printed on your supplied power adapter against the destination’s electrical supply. Confirm the correct plug connection before use.
If the label or compatibility is unclear, contact Owner Support before connecting it.
